CLEAT Members,
Due to the attacks that are going on across the nation on collective bargaining and meet and confer, I just wanted to let everyone know our Legislative Staff is on high alert in the Capitol. They are watching to ensure that if it spreads to Texas we are not caught unaware. Charley, Chris and Melinda are working long hours and staying on top of the situation. We had staff attend the rally at the Capitol in support of the Wisc workers and have started to work on relationships in case anything gets filed here.
I want to thank everyone for their help last week at the Capitol and just let you know if bad things happen we will be calling for help.
